At Outside the Block, we don't just talk about opportunity. We create it. Each of our programs is built around one core belief: experiential learning is the most powerful tool we have to expand a young person's perspective and belief in themselves.
Youth Leadership Dining Experience
Expanding Perspective. Building Confidence. Creating Future Leaders.
The Outside the Block Youth Leadership Dining Experience is an immersive exposure program designed to introduce middle and high school students to professional environments, leadership conversations, and real-world life skills beyond their everyday surroundings.
Selected students from Middle Georgia will participate in a structured fine-dining experience where they will learn professional etiquette, communication skills, goal setting, and leadership mindset development while interacting with community leaders, mentors, and potential sponsors.
This experience is designed to expand confidence, inspire vision, and help students see possibilities for their future that they may not otherwise encounter.
Atlanta Pilot Experience
Our inaugural event is taking shape. A select group of students will gather in Atlanta for an evening of mentorship, leadership development, and real-world exposure right at the table.
