The Experience
Where Leadership Meets the Table
This May, Outside the Block hosts its inaugural Youth Leadership Dining Experience, a select, invitation only gathering that brings together a group of exceptional students for an evening centered on confidence, etiquette, and real world exposure to professional environments.
This is not a ceremony or a celebration. It is a carefully curated leadership experience, designed to challenge, inspire, and permanently expand the perspective of every student in the room. Students will leave this evening having seen a new version of what is possible for their lives.
Selected students will sit across from professionals, mentors, and community leaders who have walked paths worth knowing. They will learn the language of professional environments, not from a classroom, but from the table itself.
The Program
What Students Will Experience
Structured Multi Course Dining Experience
A guided fine dining experience that teaches professional etiquette from the table up, covering place settings, ordering, conversation, and presence.
Mentorship and Professional Interaction
Direct, meaningful conversation with mentors and community leaders who are invested in the growth of the next generation.
Leadership and Communication Development
Facilitated engagement around etiquette, communication, goal setting, and professional presence. Skills that open doors.
An Environment Built for Growth
An intimate, curated setting intentionally designed to build confidence, expand perspective, and elevate how students see themselves.

This inaugural experience will serve as the foundation for a growing series of leadership dining events, reaching more students, more cities, and more futures. What begins at one table in Atlanta will extend far beyond it.
